By accessing or using Portent ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Description of Service
Portent is an event aggregation service that displays Magic: The Gathering events from various sources including Wizards of the Coast, game stores, and event organizers. The Service is provided for informational purposes only.
Event Information
Event details displayed in Portent are aggregated from third-party sources and may not be accurate, complete, or current. Events may be cancelled, rescheduled, or modified without notice. You are solely responsible for verifying all event details directly with the organizer or venue before attending. We are not responsible for any losses or inconveniences resulting from reliance on event information displayed in the Service.
User Accounts
You may use Portent without an account. Creating an account allows you to sync preferences across devices. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity
Intellectual Property
The Portent name, logo, and original content are owned by us. Magic: The Gathering and related trademarks are property of Wizards of the Coast LLC. Event information is sourced from third parties and remains their respective property.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT EVENT INFORMATION WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
